THE DEVELOPMENT OF IMPEL PROCESS IN DISSERTATION FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS IN COLLEGE OF INNOVATION AND MANAGEMENT, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

ABSTRACT:

The research title is “The Development of Impel Process in Dissertation for Graduate Student in College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University” the research objective was to develop of impel process in the dissertation for a graduate student in the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University system. The Qualitative research was conducted using interviews with 10 key informants as lecturers, personnel, and graduate students. The results found that the development of impel process in the dissertation for a graduate student in the College of Innovation and Management Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is a new system to achieve the aim of this study we built;1. Create the development process to conduct the dissertation, Create a flowchart by creating a dashboard, and create two types of progress reports; the monthly progress report and the progress report for students who already take a proposal exam, for those instruments try out with the graduate student. Based on these studies, we conclude that 149 students are able to the success of progress in their dissertation 100 percent and are able to develop a doctoral dissertation, in order to 15 graduate students are able to take a proposal exam, and 2 graduate students able to take a defense exam.
