THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS WITH UNIQUE TALENTS THAT HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED TO INCREASE SKILLS OF UDON THANI EDUCATION CENTER, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY, THAILAND

ABSTRACT:
The study of promoting students with unique talents or developing students with unique talents of Udon Thani Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat (SSRU). The researcher aims to study the model of organizing activities to promote students with unique talents or developing students with unique talents in order to develop a form of organizing activities to promote gifted students or developing students. In this study, a questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect 106 opinions and satisfaction data from project participants. The study found that participants were satisfied with the highest level of knowledge and understanding about the study information in the activities with an average of 4.84, followed by satisfaction with the activities organized by the university as a whole with an average of 4.82. The format of the activities is appropriate showed 4.79 and followed by useful activities able to provide participants of the event and an opportunity to ask questions and answered questions accurately and clearly are 4.75 and 4.74, respectively. The documents/equipment suitable for organizing activities were the least, average 4.64. The result also shows that the opinions on the objectives of the activities were such that the students were encouraged and developed professional singing skills with an average of 4.80. In addition, students were encouraged to wear Thai clothes to preserve the art and Thai culture. Overall, this project has shown that it fulfills the goals of the project, which are to encourage and develop students into professional singers and to preserve art and Thai culture. As a result, students are encouraged and developed into the desirable characteristics of a university graduate in 5 areas (morals and ethics, knowledge, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility, and numerical analysis skills, communication, and use of information technology).
